I started with C64 BASIC, and then proceeded onto 6510 machine code.
After that, I tried Blitz Basic for the Amiga, but that was was too buggy. Left that and went to the lovely BBC Basic on an A3010 and later a RiscPC, during which I also did a bit in ARM Assembly.
After selling my RiscPC I then brought a PC, and started with C, followed by a quick use of DarkBasic and after that DBPro followed by DarkGDK.
As I then brought a Mac (several actually), I had to leave DBPro and brought BlitzMax - I did have a bit of trepidation after the awful time I had with the Amiga version of Blitz Basic, so I certainly tried the demo out.
