Folks should be advised that installing the latest version of the IDE will change the color scheme so the output and help/function windows are white, and while these don't seem to be configured from the .ini file, you can adjust them from the File menu.
I like my sidebar to have a blue background like my code window, and the debug output to be black. It's much easier on the eyes.
