No - but they can get voted out of office before the end of their term, I forget the term but I believe it is a "No-confidence" vote. That has happened a number of times, and a succesful impeachment (resulting in removal of the president) has happened exactly zero times. So I give the EU countries (in general, lumping them together is bad American of me I admit) the nod on this one.
