Who is going to stop them? I think it sucks, but who is going to stop them? We can't even keep our murders and rapists in jail in the UK. The government wants to "hug a hoodie" and get people back into society. Christ they are using an outdated computer program to access criminals chances of re-offending. The people aren't doing anything to stop it either :/
