cant see any of the big guys in the uk allowing that free means free malarky
wind farms generate energy fron well wind
but the electricity outputted is still billed to the consumer

abducting 500 children and forcing them to turn a large set of wheels around 24/7 is concidered 'free' energy if you dont pay them or feed them
