The texture needs work. It's patterned but it isn't shaded.
I totally agree, I must admit I suck at texturing. But I can send the uv map to anyone who is willing to help :D

Looks OK but the arms and legs are proportionally wrong.
It's modelled just as the reference. What are the correct proportions of a fantasy "made-up" model? It is not a realistic model, take a look at world of warcraft's character proportions.
