'Badr was the maker of the IN-GAME music only'
then you say:
'I use it only in trailers... not in-game'
You can't even get the name right.
You refer to the person as Badr, but the link you give as Badr is to Howard Baer's music page.
He's a Celtic composer/musician who doesn't appear to offering his work for commercial use by other people.

Why shouldn't I be? I _am_ a composer. I _will_ look out for fellow composers.
Just as I would look out for fellow Blitzers if someone was claiming their work as their own.
