mmmm The website is back up, so I joined the forum... left a message in the forum and Steve has been in over 2 hours after I left the message, but still no goodies! :/

I even tried that 'Online Support' chat box thingy on the home page... apparently, all their operatives are busy assisting other customers! lol, or, theres no sod there! :P
