Fragmotion, Unwrap3d, gile[s], 3dsmax (b3dpipeline - export only).

Without b3d file support:
Silo3d, SketchUp (there is a commercial export plugin tho).

2D:
Flash, Paint.NET, Photoshop, Project Dogwaffle.
