My girlfriend does that. She get lots of *.pps and *.exe files emailed from friends and blindly opens everything automatically clicking YES to "Are you sure?" prompts
I would set up another account that doen't have Administrator privileges and change the admin pass word.
Or just get another girlfriend thats I.T. savy.
