Its not meant to be condecending or insulting, but it is for the most part true. There are many exceptions & possibilities, but in my experience category 3 lists the main hurdles/reasons/excuses for most people who "cant" use a linux distro (but probably could if they REALLY tried and would quite possibly like it better if they can get past the initial "ugh!").
