UK 'Big Brother’ database for phones and e-mails

FD, so i was exadurating, so what. :-p

Taxes here are high enough already and FD is right about it being paid with by taxes. And i just lost a chunk of cash from the tax rate being dropped, (at least we get that back later in the year.)
