Why should MacOS be good?

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Why should MacOS be good?

I wish people did not say that, since it is absolutely not true. Ubuntu is always getting updates, any time of day and any day of the week. A few differences
Yeah, sorry i didnt mean it like that, of course it gets updates, all supported software does.

What i meant was there are "constant updates" yes, but it isn't "constantly updated" if you know what i mean :). ie. not totally "in-your-face" updates by every app you have installed, either at bootup or runtime, they dont do things like reboot timers and questions like "Reboot Now!?" which if in a hurry it is very easy to click yes.

What you said about a centralized updater (for everything), that you run when YOU want is what i was trying to say (ie. Without all the BS:). I tend to let the updates build up and install them when i am ready(every month/2weeks or whatever depending on the nature of them, as the need for them is not as security critical as on windows).
