You'll be surprised to see how little that actually goes. Most peoples jobs don't pay enough as it is, and this mear £700 odd pounds, to cover several months, just doesn't even stretch one month. Most average people (and i don't mean london average) struggle at the best of times.

Oh, and you hear people getting shot in london all the time. And it's mostly the deprived, and black children that are involved. It's not racist, it's true. Look at the statistics on crime in london. It's all down to deprivity mostly.
