Yes, it does. But I don't know which one has windows on, and there is no reference to point to as they both use the same reference.
I think the partitions should have a drive name on them, most likely your windows installation is on 'C:\'. Google how to install Ubuntu, you have to create a swap partition and a Linux file-system partition.
