when unity3d comes to windows

Well I guess IF PhysX wouldn't be within the top level of the physics engines, UT3 wouldn't use it and NVIDIA wouldn't have put a whole team on porting PhysX to CUDA which then more or less will guarantee it is more than fast enough and its worlds cheaper than Havoc.
Havoc costs a little more than nothing for freeware and 50k per released title, not talking about HavocFX

The main problem with the UT advertisement to me is their missing precision on what it does, what not and what on Indie or only on Pro. It leaves quite some room for own interpretations. But as lacking as those part might be they are fast and helpfull on the board on answering such questions or if you ask them through mail and you can get fully working trials for both license types.
