Well I have now spent most the day looking more into these sites, and now I have a few tips that could lower the price on items even more!.
On amazon,
+ if you have ordered off Amazon in the past 30 days since the dispatch date
+ if the product(s) you purchased has gone down in price since you purchased them.
Goto amazon.co.uk, click 'view orders placed in the last 6 months' and check whether the price of the item you have bought has reduced. If so, click on Help (top right of Amazon), then under the Contact Us section, click Customer Service. Copy the order reference number, and explain that you would like a refund of the difference in price since you purchased the product.
Now that could be handy if you bought a tech book or game off them recently
I have also stumbled across a forum related to this type of shrewd online style of shopping. Located right here -> http://getpaidforum.com. Included on this forum is a 'get free traffic' section for your own websites. This forum looks more USA based, but there could be something handy in there for people trying to run there own websites.
