Are you serious? I'm willing to bet the majority of what comes out of Unity will be built around including content created from their specific tools. Indies struggle to create unique games now (except for a rare few). Give them a bunch of cool tools to create pretty looking things and you'll hardly see people thinking of the game first, and content second.
People who want to 'code their way from a to z' won't even look at Unity. They'll just code the entire thing from scratch, and make their own tools.
