The US and EU both took care of it for me.
They are much more experienced in the legal definition of a monopoly so perhaps you should take it up with them. You might like to consider joining Microsoft's EU defense team, they seem to be doing quite poorly, and I'm not sure they've tried the dictionary definition defense yet.
