Yep, indeed not perfect but it's the best you can get in this price range. I somehow wouldn't call the gfx engine next gen. It's more current gen. Maybe this feels next gen to a lot of people because most of the other tools still don't come with such a featureset. The nice and important thing is that, although you won't be able to get all the eye candy, you can still use it with pretty old hardware too and still get decent results. I guess in a mid term perspective they also have a promising future as they just take this more serious and professional than others and have a stable user base already.
