Yes, Yes, No - because that would constitute gambling, and cut off (for starters) everyone with an American creditcard. There is always a chance for failure -- a modest chance -- but it is a chance that I have to take.
Actually I think you'll find software is a high risk industry, and games software particularly so. I don't think Sony or Blizzard go to companies begging for interviews ;-)
No they just bribe, I mean advertise with them. fortunantly for me, my father is a lawyer and after some research we figured out what we can and can not do.
