You could use Brucey's Persistence.mod
You can exchange complete objects via file, stream, bank.

Pseudo-Code:
serializetofile (mylist, "Myfile.txt")

And in the receiving application:
Local mylist:TList =deseiralizefromfile ("Myfile.txt")

and you will have your complete TList back.
