I can highly recommend the "EasyADF PCMCIA Compact Flash Transfer Kit" from amigakit.com
My brother bought AmigaKit's EasyNet wireless networking setup, which also made things very easy, as well as letting the Amiga go online/share folders. There was a little confusion with the sharing setup, but again they were very helpful via email.
