First I heard of it, but it looks like Nvidia are being sued for their poor drivers marring Vistas reputation of stability and reliability sometime last year.

Edit: Actualy looks like the title isn't accurate, Microsoft is being sued over the issue of some "Vista capable" machines not actually being Vista capable. The issue of the Nvidia drivers is something that Microsoft is using in their defense.
