I should explain a little more about the game. It will be like waves of enemies coming at you. The idea is to fend them off. Every level will feature a shield. Enemies will need to come through the shield before they can shoot at you, so you need to shoot them before you get there.
There will be different levels. The cannon will be mounted on the back of a boat in one level with enemies chasing you across sea.
Other ideas include putting the cannon on a rail, and giving you the option to avoid enemy attacks by moving back and forth along the rail.
At the end of each level, points will be awarded and converted to cash to allow you to upgrade the abilities of your cannon.
