just like halo is a brand name for microsoft
its still a word found in the dictionarry*
so now no one else can make a game or book called halo (unless licenced) cos people would think it was based within the halo universe
Would it be legal to make a game called Halo that could be, for example, a platformer with an Angel as the main character?
