Well, the last few broadband threads that have cropped up lately have suggested is that you shouldnt take no stick from your ISP...
Tell them to fix it, and fix it quick. Because there seems to be a shared technical support manual that is distributed throughout the industry, and that my dear sir is the "Great ISP Book of Bollocks"
