ultra skilled 15 year olds who would rather spend their time in fps or mmorpg's than surf for pr0n
oh if only i had the net @ home when i was a lad
edit:
just watched the clip
once the "real" was out of the way it reminded me more of infrogrames hogs of war (which wont run on XP :(( )
im guessing alot of people will find ANY war game thats been tooned up offensive not just those about ww2
even hogs of war's unrealistic portrail of (turn based) killing could be seen in a different light if the pigs wernt pigs but people cartoon or not
perhaps they just didnt want another ultra realistic game
if it was set in the future or iraq wouild people care as much bout the toonishness?
im guessing for iraq yes
the future no
if you play any FPS you accept that you are going on a killing spree no matter what the game is togged up to look like
doom vs hell
serious sam vs aliens
unreal tournament vs other humans for sport
but put a ww2 uniform and for most it has to be "gritty realistic true to history" least thats how ive viewed all the fps/campaign games going
if its cos its 'comical' then ban allo allo too
