I smoke less when I code. As long as everything just works.
It's when I stumble upon some strange bug, or is not sure how to solve a problem I step out on the balcony to get a quick smoke.
Going to stop smoke soonish. Done it before and stupidly started again. And again.

It's easy to stop. The hard bit is not to start again.
