I get this all the time. Spam sent to me from me. I also get emails bouncing back from people's spam filters to me even though I never sent the original spam email. Just an annoying fact of Internet life I guess. You notice how spam comes and goes anyway, either spammers are getting shut down/blacklisted or changing jobs or the spam filters then learn about them or something.
