without protective measures their is nothing to hack crack and brag about
if it came as a normal floppy not a wibbled disc format and could be A:>B:'d in the same time as any floppy then it can still be pirated
if it can be copied it will be copied
no copy protection just makes it easier for everyone and not the l337
speccy tapes had little to no copy protection so all you needed was a twin tape and a few c90's on you and you could end up with a "now thats what i call games" within the hour
