Whatever. That had to be the stupidest thing I have ever read on the subject. The author is obviously a pirate, ignorant of the law and so sure of his position that he must call people who hold a different point of view @#$@$-ing idiots.
I would not quote that web page as a defense if the RIAA had me up on charges. I sure as heck would not argue the point using that moron's grasp of law against Disney's lawyers. Then again, I like the idea of staying out of prison.
