sswift: sell direct or via portals? I presume you mean direct sales. I've found it quite hard to get a good number of direct sales but easy to get a good number of sales on portals. Basically roughly 2.5 to 3 portal sales = 1 direct sale. Sounds like your STG is doing great, well done (I bought a copy years ago).
