im definatly not going with them till long after i move out of this dump

they threatened to send the balifs round to collect a non existant set top box and i replied with less than vague hints of kneecappings

this was after having it 'sorted' on two previous occasions
but whom ever altered my (never agreed to) account to say deactive failed to check another box saying everything returned or something
