Yes TV3D is fully wrapped in Gabriels wrapper. There's 2 versions. The free version of the wrapper doesn't have the source but the paid version does. You also get access to support for the wrapper.

go to http://www.glimmergames.com and download the free version of the wrapper. You can still use it with TV3D fully as TV3D is free to use as long as the TV3D watermark stays on the screen.

And yes, you should buy BlitzMax. It's just too good. :)
