Hey H&K, well the program I saw said there were planes seen over Belarus and not anywhere else so they deliberately created rain over Belarus to accumulate the radiation before it got further. The point is really that the authorities knew that they were creating radioactive rain over Belarus and didn't tell them. I don't think you or anyone else could dispute that. Do you see my point?
