I think you're listening to too much old gossip. Vista is much more solid now than it was a year ago - I have it on both my dev PCs now (No more XP), although I do still have XP on one of my test PCs and Win98 on the other.Vista will be better still when Service Pack 1 is released (which is not far away now).
