@About Multithreading in Bmax (from a newbee point of view about it)
If the problem is 'share' all globals, tlist, tmap and so on, it could be easily to create a 'SharedGlobal, SharedList, SharedMap' objects *specifically* designed to cope with multithreading?
In this case *only* a small part of BCC and some modules (if needed) must be modified/rewritten. And then multithreading will be a choice of the programmer...
To come back on the thread
- an official support (for all the platforms) for 'audio streaming'
- some *fix* to centering windows (I need to change manually some files to do it)
PS: for audio (and video) support BRL could create a 'multimedia module' (maybe with 'other' effects) and sell it, like MaxGUI - I like the idea of 'free' support for the MAIN core (and MaxGUI) but it is not written anywhere BRL can NOT sell other modules...of course just my opinion.
