I would already be quite happy if [confirmed],[worked on],[reviewed] (means that the bug is checked if it is a bug or just a combination of user errors), [fixed] were used so the bug reports get a status.
Nobody said that the bug report system needs to be replaced. I'm no fan of mantis or bugzilla. They are "hard" to use for common users and out of my sight a serious overkill for something like the blitz products I think. A board is a appropriate solution for it out of my view.
