BRL not responding mails

I don't want to spam if it's normal. I got a reply for one of
them on the 3rd day. They are all about the same problem, and
other 2 mails are the ones they wanted from me, including
some information about my account. Anyway, as you said, nothing
to do but wait. I'll resend them tomorrow maybe.
