UU3d are a really nice company to deal with. Brad always replies to my emails and is very helpful. One possibility is that you purchased the 'cheaper' upgrade version to version 3 of the program which has just come out, but you dont actually own the previous version to qualify for the upgrade. This is possibily why your payment got rejected.
