Again, my point is best expressed by asking why you would derive pleasure from this. I'm not implying that your reasons for enjoying this are good or bad, just that answering this question would put a lot of confusion to an end.
You're assuming I play it for the blood and gore, and so I can't answer this question. Try again without using a loaded question. Please prove me wrong, but I have a feeling that this question isn't being answered because many of you are ashamed to answer it honestly.
It isn't being answered because you're asking a loaded question that doesn't even ask why the person plays the game. You're making two assumptions with it: 1) the person plays the game for the violence and 2) the person derives a great deal of pleasure from the violence. So, John, I suggest you revise your way of looking at this before asking that question.Let me try to enlighten you as to what the violence means to me in a game like this: it's a visual cue to indicate that I win, you lose; good show, chap, but I'm not the one with a crowbar stuck in my skull. It looks all neat and cinematic-y, but in the end the gameplay is what counts, and very little of the gameplay in Manhunt 2 is about the deaths unless you play it on the Wii (I don't intend to, since it just seems like a hack to me).
