Could be loads of reasons.
Most obvious would be that They are not going to sell you the product.
(Maybe they lost there delivery system, so couldnt garentee delivey in whatever time frame they said, maybe you wanted a discontinued product, maybe they simply messedup some of the details, so refunded rather than messup more)
