I see so many artists around drawing portraits of famous people like Jack Sparrow from Pirates of The Caribbean and then selling them but if you did the same thing and made a game of the film it is in breach of copyright. How is this possible?
My question is that if you have drawn\painted a portrait yourself of somebody famous is it legal to sell it or are you asking for trouble?
