Yes it is, but this is equally irrelevant to the question. I expect in such a long thread all this has already been said, but still. While there are 25 frames, the refresh is 50 FPS. The phosphor pitch on a standard TV is much bigger than the dot pitch on the cheapest of monitor. TV's do not operate with the same level of brightness as a monitor. And you still have motion blur. Oranges and apples, I'm afraid.
I think as long as its "Steady" then 30FPS is enough.
And if your monitor refresh is 75HZ, that's not even possible.
