I couldn't, and I don't believe the human eye is physically capable of discerning the difference between 40fps, 60fps, and 90fps. The ideal area I would aim for is 40 to 50, which gives some room for really expensive moments to crush your FPS down to 30 or so without too much issue. Or that's how I think.
