Aha. I went into MaxIDE, and found the problem.
Ziggy, it was a missing file that was being IncBinned. BLide 00.09.04C reported only the SECOND error in the pop-up window. MaxIDE reported both the "file not found" and the "failed to assemble."
Haven't upgraded to .07 yet...
