Finally got home so I can test it on X1950XTX. Here are the results.

v1.88 = 37 FPS
v1.89 = 3 FPS
v1.98 = 3 FPS
MD2 test results are the same
but when I compile the source with the latest (beta2) version of Blitz3D runtime.dll, I get 25 PFS in windowed and 29 FPS in full-screen mode.
