All the time, although if i have invested a LOT of time in a project then i am more inclined finish it.
I NEVER 'bin' projects though, no matter how bad or unfinished, as the source and media that is created can be invaluable recyclables for future projects. Always keep your experiments/faliures/unfinisheds for furute reference.
