Ever heard of the expression "It fell off the back of a lorry"?

But it's not even this case. Another sample: My neighbour has a tree, but it tends to grow over my property, I get his shitty leaves all over the place, but in exchange I get a nice shade. Luckily my neighbour and me are nice people, but if he dared acuse me of stealing I'd take him to court. It's him who is invading my property. The same goes if his WIFI waves invaded my property.

Unless you go into someone's property to connect to an, let's not forget it, insecure system. Stealing is hardly the word, maybe "inapropiate use". If you find a €50 euro bank note lying in the street and you just decide to keep it, instead of taking it to the police in case anyone has reported it missing; you can't be accused of stealing or mugging.

Now I've said it before, it seems this guy was actively looking for let's say abandoned WIFI conections, he didn't just happen to find one. Still not stealing, but more serious than just making an inapropiate use.
